The staff were really nice and helpful while I was there, which I appreciated. The stay itself was fine, nothing awful, but nothing that really stood out either. My main complaint is that there wasn’t any follow-up afterward, which felt a little disappointing. Overall, it was just an okay experience.

Stayed at Graduate for the weekend and had a good experience overall. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was easy enough for a short trip.

The only downside was the noise at night. I could hear people in the hallway and some street noise, which felt a little unnecessary when you’re just trying to sleep. It wasn’t terrible, but I’d bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Still a solid 4 stars

Had a small maintenance problem in my room, which was annoying at first, but the front desk got someone up there quickly. The maintenance guy was friendly, fixed it without making it a big deal, and that was that. Stuff like this happens, so I can’t really complain too much, if anything, whoever runs this seems to have things organized enough to get issues handled fast. I’d stay again.

Had a really nice night at the hotel bar. The bartender was super chill, super chill, and the drinks came out fast. Just an easy, relaxed spot to hang out for a bit...

I got the room booked in the end, so that part was fine!!! But the site felt slow, and the confirmation took longer than I expected!!! Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating!!!

I stayed here sometime in early spring, I think maybe March or April, and I was expecting it to have a fun, quirky vibe. The idea is cool, but in person it just felt kind of tired and cluttered. The decor was definitely unique, but not really in a charming way—more like random colorful stuff placed everywhere. My room didn’t feel especially cozy either, and for the price I expected a bit more character or comfort. Instead it was mostly loud colors, worn-out details, and a messy overall feel...

I stayed at Graduate Hotels and the check-in process got the trip off to a rough start. There was a long line and only one person working the desk, so everyone was just standing around waiting forever. When I finally got to the counter, I found out my room still wasn’t ready even though it was already past check-in time. The staff wasn’t exactly rude, but they seemed disorganized, and when I asked about the delay it kind of felt like support was acting like I should’ve expected it or that it was somehow on me for showing up when I did. The hotel itself was fine once I got settled, but that first impression was disappointing

I stayed for two nights and the wifi was steady almost the entire time. There was one little slow stretch in the evening, but it snapped back fast. For work emails and basic stuff, it was absolutely fine, no question.

I booked this place mainly because it said it was pet friendly, but once I got there it felt more like “pets allowed” than actually pet friendly. For example, the pet fee was higher than I expected, there wasn’t a great grassy area close by, and figuring out where to take my dog out was kind of annoying. I had to walk around a bit just to find a decent spot, which isn’t ideal if it’s late, raining, or your dog needs to go right away. The staff wasn’t rude or anything, just not especially helpful with pet-related stuff, like where to walk, what the rules were, or if there were better areas nearby. The room itself was fine, nothing terrible, but if I’m traveling with my dog again, I’d probably look for somewhere that makes it a little easier.

Not gonna lie, housekeeping was a letdown during my stay. My room didn’t get cleaned, the towels weren’t replaced, and the trash just sat there. I ended up having to ask twice, which was annoying considering what I paid.

I visited and didn’t really connect with the campus vibe. At first I thought maybe I just needed to walk around a bit more and get used to it, but this is where it got annoying — the more time I spent there, the more it just felt uncomfortable and not like somewhere I’d want to be every day.

The whole parking situation was really frustrating. It was hard to find a spot, and the valet was just way, way too expensive. Made the stay feel annoying overall.

I only stayed for one night, but I have to admit the room decor was fun. It had this kind of college-inspired vibe that made it feel way less bland than a typical hotel room. Some of the furniture and decor did look a little worn, so I’m not sure I’d call it flawless, but overall it gave the stay more personality and made things feel a bit more interesting.

I booked Graduate Hotels mostly because of the location, and to be fair, that part worked out well. It was close to campus, easy to walk to food, and there were a few shops nearby, so getting around wasn’t a hassle.
But for what I paid, the stay just didn’t feel worth it. The room was only okay, the noise got old fast, and getting help felt slower than it should have been. I also got tired of dealing with the automated stuff instead of just being able to talk to a person when I needed something. Convenient spot, sure, but overall I was disappointed

I only stayed one night, but that bed had me suspicious in the best way. After a long drive, I was fully expecting the usual hotel mattress situation, but this one was somehow not too soft, not too firm, just ridiculously comfortable.

The pillows were actually good too, which made me question what kind of hotel magic was going on because that almost never happens. I slept straight through the night and woke up without my back complaining, which felt borderline miraculous.

I’d genuinely stay here again just for the bed. Nothing fancy to overthink, it was just that good. 5 stars from me.

Stayed at Graduate for the weekend and had a really easy, comfortable stay. The WiFi worked without any issues, the lobby coffee was convenient, and the gym was open when I wanted to use it. It was also nice having food and drinks right there so we didn’t have to wander around looking for something. My receipt and confirmation emails came through clearly too, which made checkout simple. Nothing fancy to complain about, just a solid stay. 5 stars.

I felt really comfortable here the whole time. The security setup was noticeable in a good way, especially with the well-lit entrances and staff around when I came back at night. I was able to relax and sleep easily without worrying about anything.

The room was clean overall, but at the same time I did notice a little bit of dust in the bathroom. Nothing major, and it still felt tidy, just kind of funny to call it clean while spotting that.
